Rolex Explorer, Enicar Sherpa, Universal Geneva Polerouter. While Universal Genève was recognized for its chronographs, the brand decided to align itself with its main competitors by creating the Polerouter, directly inspired by its big sister the “Polarouter” which equipped polar flights in the late 1940’s. To create this exceptional piece, Universal appealed to a designer of engineering, Gerald Genta, originally notably the Patek Philippe Nautilus or the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak.
This model Jet has straight lugs while the other have lyre lugs.
