As Longines celebrates its 190th anniversary in 2022, the brand has relaunched its Ultra-Chron. In 1959, Longines was ready to present the first high-frequency movement for a wristwatch: the caliber 360, oscillating at 36,000 vibrations per hour, manufactured by hand and adjusted for observatory competitions. The Longines Ultra-Chron was presented in 1967 to celebrate the centenary of Longines.
