Jaeger Vintage Chronograph
Chronograph - Jaeger N°279459 - Years 1930/1940
Sold
Jaeger-LeCoultre was born from the partnership between Edmond Jaeger and Jacques David LeCoultre. It wasn’t until 1937 that the names Jaeger and LeCoultre appeared together for the very first time on the same dial.
This being said, the chronograph presented here is signed “Jaeger.” A diameter at 35mm, a large size for the time, assures a very nice presence on the wrist. Sword hands offer excellent readability and offer a military spirit to the ensemble.
The chronograph “column wheel” caliber offers an extremely soft, fluid and even enjoyable activation of the pushers. Extremely rare, the watch is in excellent condition and accompanied by its original bracelet and buckle by Jaeger.
