To begin, make sure you’re working on a flat, non-abrasive, non-slippery surface like the inner flap of our Marlon watch care pouch.
Drilled lugs: With the needle head of the tool, insert it into the hole of each lug to release the spring bar and easily remove the strap.
Non-drilled lugs: Insert the tool’s fine fork end between the strap and the lug. Apply pressure away from the lug and nudge the spring bar away.
To remove a Bonklip bracelet: Insert the tool’s needle head delicately into the slit of the bracelet’s end. Find the grip of the spring bar and gently apply pressure away from the lug and nudge the bracelet away. Repeat with the other side if needed.
To install a strap: Secure one side of the spring bar into a lug hole. Use the fine fork end to help insert the spring bar’s other side into the other lug. Repeat with the second piece and enjoy your strap!
